Adventurous Systems Ltd uses this website to explain our work, receive enquiries, and run the AI Readiness Assessment. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to people who contact us and to improve the usefulness of the site.

Information We Collect

Contact and assessment forms may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, website, project context, assessment answers, and any message you choose to send. The AI Readiness Assessment also saves form progress in your browser using local storage so you can continue before submitting.

How We Use It

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare assessment follow-up, schedule discovery calls, and understand which services are relevant to prospective collaborators. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

This site can use Umami analytics when configured. Umami is designed to collect aggregate website analytics without cookies or personal identifiers. We only send event labels such as CTA clicks, form progress, outbound link clicks, and assessment completion status; we do not send form field values or personal details as analytics event data.

Service Providers

Form submissions may be routed through Google Apps Script or similar workflow tools configured by Adventurous Systems. Analytics may be processed by Umami Cloud or a self-hosted Umami instance. External links, such as LinkedIn, Substack, Companies House, and Google Calendar, are governed by those services' own policies.

Retention

We keep enquiry and assessment information only as long as needed for the relationship, legal obligations, and operational records. Browser local storage used for assessment progress remains on your device until you submit the form, clear site data, or remove it in your browser.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit forms and can contact us directly by email instead. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing systems@adventurous.systems.
